Start by putting the silk ribbon flat on top of your wrist, then cross each side of the silk tie underneath the wrist, go back up, cross both sides of the tie on top of the wrist (repeat if necessary) and tie a double knot.
You can wear this silk in the shower and in the ocean, it will get a great patina over time.
