Born from Fire and Ice.
Inspired by Iceland’s volcanic power, this bead captures the beauty of flowing lava – a reminder of the island’s untamed energy and natural wonder.
Please note:
Glass is a fantastic material. Each glass bead is handmade from red-hot glass in the open flame and no two glass beads are ever completely alike. This goes for size, coloration, and pattern. As the beads are handmade, they may be slight variations from the bead in the picture.
Trollbeads are produced in Sterling silver, consisting of 92,5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, primarily copper. Therefore, all Trollbeads silver beads are stamped with the hallmark “LAA 925s”. LAA stand for Lise Aagaard, and 925s is a guarantee given by the company that the material used is 92,5% Sterling silver. If silver was used without the addition of other materials, the silver would be too soft for jewelry. Furthermore, it wouldn’t oxidize.
Stones: These genuine, natural materials are absolutely unique. They vary in color and have unique inclusions and features that show their great age and natural beauty.
A Gold-plated piece of jewelry is unique and may show a subtle change in its surface shine over time. This natural development makes it a personal companion with character.
